As with Rachael Ray's 30-Minute Meals that take me about an hour and a half to complete, craft projects billed as easy or quick generally take much longer for me because of various distractions. Not so with this headband from The Long Thread.
While I sewed up the headbands, Ellie worked on her drawing. It was lovely to be able to work on our own projects for a few minutes!
She was also conveniently located for fit modeling. I followed the instructions exactly; however, made hers longer to suit her historically 90th percentile head circumference (not including the hair). It's great for keeping her bangs out of her face as they are growing out. I don't have an action shot to share because she prefers to sport it Bret Michaels-style and run from me like I'm the paparazzi.
