We visited a local farm and enjoyed a hay ride, butter making (Yes, I'll be making homemade butter from now on!), "jumping pillow" jumping, cow milking,
the corn pit (like a giant sandbox, but with dried corn kernels),
hens, cows, horses, pumpkins, sunflowers, corn,
blueberry bushes, and pumpkin pie ice cream.
It was a great visit! We could have stayed longer, but we were all worn out after a morning of playing and learning.
