If only this sign had been on display a few years ago when my car was hit by a girl performing this exact maneuver!
It must happen frequently enough to warrant a sign. Sadly, I don't think she ever realized why her move was wrong. Instead, she indicated that I got in the way of her U-turn by making a left turn, in the left turn lane.
