My computer has been limping along for at least a year. It nearly died in the fall, but the techs were able to revive it for a bit longer. Procuring a replacement required crafting an elaborate strategy to take advantage of our state's Tax Free Holiday. This plan involved making a reconnaissance mission with the children, befriending the store manager (a mom of a 3 and 4 year old who kindly offered to entertain said children while I made a selection), and returning to the store (again, with children in tow) at the crack of dawn (or 8:00) to beat the crowd to make the purchase, and making yet another trip to the store for the pickup.
Oh happy day!
Also, I received the best customer service ever!! Thank you, Best Buy! Thank you, store manager!
