Finally, snow!

The children have been eager for snow, and have fond memories of last year's great snow play. We were ready this time, with sleds and groceries. Daddy even found new gloves for the children! I'm so glad we checked them before the snow started with time to exchange them, since we had 2 left hand gloves!
There must have been a lot of snow talk at preschool, since they came home with snowmen and cute snow-measuring sticks.

Randy constructed a track for sledding down our long driveway. Initially, I thought, "What a lot of work!" Now, I'm glad, since it was so much fun for all of us! He even glazed it last night, since the low temperature prediction was 10 degrees. Should be super slick today!

Big smiles all around (until little hands and feet get cold).

What a great day to play and not have to worry about going anywhere!
