Mommy: I remember the last time a crane dangled something heavy over the house.
(deep breaths)
It made me feel slightly better that there was a competent-looking crew working on removing the dead trees in our yard. It made me feel slightly puzzled that some of those competent-looking men were smoking while guiding tree trunks over/beside the house to the chipper. Full attention, please!!
Ethan: The truck is eating the tree!
The children will be talking about this for months.

Worth every penny for the hours of entertainment, no?
I think I would be just as fascinated as the kids! A couple years ago we had five VERY large pine trees cut down because they had be infested with pine beetles. I got NOTHING done that day as they climbed trees like bears with chainsaws attached to their belts! I'm easily entertained!
