What's in the Box Wednesday

Wow! The box was heavy this week! I'm so glad we get more substantial produce this time of the year. Also, this corn is the best corn we've ever had.

In addition to our weekly CSA box, I picked up some flowers at the farmer's market. Advice to the younger ladies out there in blogland: Never complain about receiving flowers (i.e. "we can't afford flowers") because it will stick and you will not get flowers "just because" ever again! Your comments may even be misinterpreted as not liking flowers! Gasp!
