Spring is coming!

After tucking Ellie into bed on the eve of a predicted snowfall, I leaned back into her room to blow her a kiss. She whispered excitedly, "Snow is coming!" That's how I feel about spring when I notice birds chirping and frogs croaking! We've been able to play outside for the last few days and enjoy the warmth of the sun. It's a race against the clock for me, though, as my spring allergies are due to arrive any day.

My girl even forwarded her calls to her cell. Yes, she stopped her bike to answer her toy cell phone. She also took my picture with it before continuing her ride. I think Oprah would be satisfied.

This was a posed picture. Thankfully, Ethan has been consistent about remembering to wear his helmet when he rides toys. This was especially good, since, in his words, he "tumbled down on the bike," flying over the handlebars. He enjoys telling anyone and everyone about his bike accident and his boo-boos.
