We drive a Chevrolet and a Lexus. There is dramatic difference in the waiting room amenities at each dealership. Of course, whenever something is nice on the surface, the customer usually ends up footing the bill.
I like to go for oil changes at our small town Chevy dealership. They are super nice and recognize me by name and car.
The restroom doesn't have marble floors and granite counters, and that's ok.
Not that I don't appreciate a little luxury - more on that soon.

We had a Lexus, then we had a BMW. Every time I took the BMW in for service & they called later to ask how the service was, I would tell them they needed to go over to Lexus & take lessons on customer service. It can't be beat!
